This article uses the rated reviews of six Las Vegas coach operators in our corpus: 6,801 with a star rating, of which 5,867 come from samples collected without filtering. Percentages use only those, split into 5,467 at four or five stars and 338 at one or two. A further 934 reviews were collected from low ratings only; they are quoted where they describe something clearly, never counted.
The clock times come from reviews that state them: 89 for the pickup and 26 for the return, found by pattern and then read. They are what those travellers experienced, not an operator's timetable, and the same tour can run an hour late. The 111 figure is the number of reviews that state two or more times and therefore describe a sequence.
Mentions of each stop are counted by pattern and compared between the two camps; they measure what reviewers chose to write about, not how often something happened.
